Walking into therapy is an act of courage.
In a world that demands perfection and productivity, it takes real strength to slow down and choose yourself. If you’re here reading this, we want you to know: you’ve already done something powerful. Individual therapy for adults is available online via telehealth in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

What therapy feels like here…
Therapy at Connecting to Greatness feels like a real conversation – interactive, engaging, and sometimes even a little humorous. You won’t be talking into a void; we’re right there with you.
We’ll ask the kinds of questions that invite you to go deeper – questions you may not have been asked before. You can bring your whole self – the polished parts and the messy parts. All of it is welcome: tears, laughter, frustration, and silence.
We work collaboratively.
We don’t sit back and quietly nod through your story. Our work together is honest and collaborative. We’ll listen deeply, reflect on what we’re hearing, and gently challenge the patterns that keep you stuck.
You’re the expert on your life. We bring tools, perspective, and a steady, grounded presence. We’re doing this with you.
Bring a journal (write it down; make it real).
There’s a reason we encourage journaling in therapy. We believe that putting your thoughts on paper helps you slow down, clarify what’s true, and turn insight into action.
You’re encouraged to bring a journal into the process to:
- Capture breakthroughs and “aha” moments while they’re fresh
- Track patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors
- Name what you want (and what you’re ready to stop carrying)
- Notice progress – especially the small wins that are easy to overlook
Often, you’ll leave sessions with something specific to think about, write about, or practice – a small shift to try in your real life.
What you can expect over time
You may find yourself:
- Turning down the noise in your mind
- Catching old patterns before they take over
- Practicing more self-compassion
- Taking brave steps toward what you really want
Those small, steady shifts are what healing actually feels like.
Your pace, your process
There’s no one “right” way to do therapy. Some weeks, you may have a lot to say; other times, you may feel tired, numb, or unsure where to start. All of that is okay. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and forward-moving, checking in along the way about what’s working for you.
Take the next step…
If you’re ready to feel better in your day-to-day – not just push through – take the next step and schedule a consultation. Individual therapy can make a difference.
